On January 31, 2022, it was announced that Twice's fourth full Japanese album would be releasing in July 2022.
On April 25, 2022, it was announced in the 3rd day of Tokyo Dome concert and their official YouTube Channel that the name of the album is "Celebrate" and that it'll be released on July 27, 2022.
