JeongHyo (Jeong-Yeon and Ji-Hyo) is the friendship pairing between Jeongyeon and Jihyo.
Both are considerate and take care of the members. They are considered the mothers of TWICE.

- Jeongyeon's older sister is an actress, Jihyo's younger sisters are not entertainers.
- Although both say they are left-handed, Jeongyeon is ambidextrous. Jihyo only writes right-handed, but does everything else left-handed.
- Jihyo got the most votes for Twice leadership role, Jeogyeon got second. Both got more votes than Nayeon.
